About me

I had been engaged with engineering field and site construction with over 7 years experience involved with civil project, building construction, MEP installation and interior fit-out contract.

I started on my career path from being a 4-years electrician apprentice in an international main contractor, Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, and be promoted to Assistant Electrician and Assistant Engineer afterward.

After I worked for Leighton with over 5 years, I obtained my former supervisor's invitation to be a Project Engineer in a subcontractor in Macau, Guarforce Engineering Consultant Limited, as an in-charge of various wet fire system projects.

During these years, I gained a lot of experience in design, installation, troubleshooting, project management in electrical system, plumbing and drainage system, automatic irrigation system and fire services (wet fire) system.

With years of experience in site construction and project delivery, I have mastered the skills of understanding client requirements and complying with the regulations and standards according to a series of communication and coordination. I have worked with different contractors, consulatants and clients, so you can rely on me for yours.

I’ve spent most of these years working across different systems, including design, installation, troubleshooting, project management and project handover in electrical system, plumbing and drainage system, automatic irrigation system as well as fire services (wet fire) system.

Most importantly, I can delivery a satisfied project with minimum supervision to the clients and not let you down based on my past specialist experience.

From understanding your requirements, tackling with a series of paper works, site coordination and supervison as well as delivering the final product, I do everything that falls in between these lines.

Reviewing, modifying and providing the documentation of the various systems designs based on the clients needs and the local regulations and standards. It includes:

SENIOR Engineer

I oversaw, coordinated, reviewed and designed various fire protection projects, especially in wet fire system, in order to achieve project handover to the clients.

I prepared the matieral and drawing submission, the purchase requisition and the design narrative with a hydraulic calculation for the automatic sprinkler system.

I also supervised and coodinated all the site issues and attended the meetings to reflect or recieve any design changes or any updated status.

Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited

assistant Engineer (M&E)

I prepared a series of documentation for site construction including material submission, Indivual Service Drawing (ISD), Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Combined Builder Works Drawing (CBWD), Construction Method Statement (CMS), Construction Risk Assessment (CRA) and Job Hazard Assessment (JHA).

I also assited in communiction with sub-contractors on behalf of commerical team to grab a quotation and issue a Sub Contractor Instruction (SCI).

In addition, I supervised and coordinated site progress, site safety and environmental performance and issued a Purchase Requisition (PR) depending on the store status.
